RV sized sites and most tents sites fit our tents comfortably. Some smaller sites might be a snug fit; meaning the tent might obstruct one side of the picnic table, or be too close to the firepit. We will make every effort to minimize obstructions and provide a propane fire bowl if needed. Very small tents sites are not suitable for our tents, meaning that our tents physically cannot fit on these sites. Very small tent sites are not suitable for our bell tents, meaning that our tents physically cannot fit on these sites. For these situations we have a smaller cabin tent.
Yes, we love camping with our pets. Well behaved pets are welcome in our tents but are not allowed on the beds, blankets, or other furniture. Renters will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Absolutely, just let us know in advance. We will work with you to plan the best delivery and setup time. Cancellation fees will still apply, so be sure to arrive at your campground early enough to secure a site. For some first come first served (FCFS) sites we can arrive early and secure a campsite for you.
Pick up and self setup are not a practical option for our tents. All the gear that comes with our tents will not fit in most ordinary sized vehicles, and though we might make setup look quick and easy that's only because we practice a lot.
